Can I choose just one module?
Yes. Choose one module, combine several or express interest in the Full Lab. Your selection does not commit you to purchasing the full package.
What is ED People Systems Lab?
A modular format for building HR processes and developing the skills to implement them. It connects people, processes, data, AI and compliance.
Is AI a separate module?
Yes. Module 05, Data, reporting and AI in HR, can be selected on its own, alongside other modules or as part of the Full Lab. Practical connections to AI may also be covered in other topics. Decisions and professional oversight remain with people.
When does it take place, and what does it cost?
Standard module prices are 7,900 ALL, 8,900 ALL, 9,900 ALL, 8,900 ALL, 10,900 ALL and 9,900 ALL. Full Lab costs 39,900 ALL. Dates, format, duration and tax treatment will be confirmed. An application is not a payment and does not confirm a place.
Can a team register?
Yes. Team Pass covers two participants from the same company for the selected module. Larger groups and Full Lab for a team receive a separate quotation.
What resources are included?
All packages include the training materials and tools listed in the module programme. Module 06 includes the HR Grading Excel Toolkit. The 1:1 Executive Session is offered separately, by appointment. A certificate of participation is issued at the end of each module.

Is there an offer for students or recent graduates?
Recent Graduate Access costs 19,950 ALL: 50% off the Full Lab. It is limited to graduates within 24 months before application, the first cohort and available places. Proof must be verified before confirmation. Student status alone does not qualify for the discount.
Will I receive marketing messages?
